My Career

My path into Product Management started with a strong foundation in software engineering and data analysis, paired with an interest in business strategy and process improvement. Over time, I saw how my technical background and analytical mindset could serve as a bridge between user needs and business goals. That perspective continues to define how I approach product development that's focused on usability and aligned with the needs of the market.

Much of my career has been in the fintech space, where I’ve led and collaborated across multiple teams to deliver holistic solutions, both for users and for the business. Whether I was managing a team of four product owners or helping IT organizations shift toward product-focused squads, my focus has remained the same: clear communication, processes that help rather than hinder, and meaningful results. I’m especially proud of reducing feature misalignment by 76% which was a direct result of consistent, open conversations with both stakeholders and end users. I've also improved team engagement by 64%, driven by a stronger culture of transparency and collaboration.

What sets my approach apart is a commitment to people, ensuring that products meet stakeholder needs, make sense to users, and stay realistic from a technical standpoint. A big part of that is maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, developers and customers. Whether it's exploring pain points, validating ideas, or refining the product roadmap, I’ve found that listening to people in their own words is essential to building processes or products that actually works for them.

To me, product management is as much about listening as it is about leading. It's constantly thinking about the full picture, people, processes, and products and helping them move in sync toward a shared goal.
